Frequently Asked Questions

Cleaning removes germs, & dirt from surfaces or objects with soap (or detergent) and water. Cleaning does not necessarily kill germs, but lowers risk of spreading infection. Disinfecting uses chemicals (for example, EPA-registered disinfectants just like ours!) to kill germs on surfaces. It does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces, but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can greatly lower the risk of spreading infection as said by CDC& WHO.
